An operator begins work at a NOEMA terminal, processing signals and records without knowing what the system is for. An unauthorized transmission appears among the routine assignments. As the operator decodes it, fragments of messages and images reveal the human cost behind the work. The terminal begins to distort and resist each discovery, but the recovered evidence remains. The operator must decide what to do with the truth the system tried to keep hidden.
